Harvesters Ministries Inc, a non-profit mission organization, is funded by you our faithful supporters. Your partnership allows us to continue “creating pathways” for laborers to enter the harvest. Every donation, however great or small, helps pay staff salaries, cover office expenses, pay for booths and presentations at mission conferences, as well as costs of our local outreach and global mission projects. Thank you for joining us in our pursuit to fulfill the “Great Commission”.
Harvesters Ministries Inc not only seeks to “create pathways” but to make those pathways affordable. There are laborers who desire to “go” but can’t afford to go. Please help sponsor a trip through your donation.
Jesus said “the harvest truly is plenteous but the laborers are few”. Harvesters Ministries Inc exists to “create pathways” for laborers to enter the harvest. Your donations make setup of these pathways possible. HMI has outreach opportunities in locations around the US as well as mission opportunities in other countries. There are many moving parts to creating these pathway opportunities; mobilization of teams, insurance coverage and room and board, to name a few.
Cristina - is 21 years old and lives in a third world country. She dreams one day of being a Civil Engineer. She cannot afford to attend a University. So, for now she is attending a local community college where she is studying Architecture and Urban Planning. Cristina works 50 hours per week as a receptionist at a Medical Clinic. Unfortunately, her job will only pay her for 32 hours per week at eight dollars per hour. Her monthly tuition is $70. Currently, she does her drafting homework on paper and then hands it to a fellow student to make a 3D Autocad image for her to turn in. Your donation can help Cristina’s dream come true, one step at a time. First, she needs a computer of her own; one that can handle 3D imaging and run Autocad software. Secondly, she needs help paying her tuition. And lastly, help Cristina realize her dream of attending a University to study Civil Engineering.
Aparecida - is a 26 year old young lady, lives with her mother and attends a community college to study Psychology. HMI has provided a computer for her. But, she is in need of support to pay her tuition. Currently, she works fulltime at a warehouse to pay her $193 per month tuition. Her job pays her a salary of $300 per month. This leaves very little left over to pay other bills and help her mother.
Claudia - is a divorced mother of three. She has just been ordained as a pastor. Currently, she holds worship services in a mid-sized room in the lower level of her house. The church gets flooded every time it rains thus, she only has three members willing to attend during the rainy season. Her house was designed by her and her former husband. It has a room for each member. The problem is her husband was building the house himself and did not finish before he left the marriage and family. The house does not have a complete roof. There is only one room in the entire house that does not get soaked by rain. The house is also located on a hillside. The heavy rains during the rainy season are threatening to wash her house down the hill in a mudslide. To make things worse the drug cartels have moved into the neighborhood. Her two youngest children were involved with them at one time. For safety reasons those two children had to move to another state with relatives. Please help HMI relocate this mother to a safer neighborhood and build her a safe and dry home.
Eliana - is a mother of six who lives in a rural home. Her house is terrorized each night by large rats that eat the family food and endanger the children. There are also tarantulas, snakes, monkeys and an occasional Jaguar near her home. She has lived there for several years and is accustomed to the creatures, minus the rats. Unfortunately, the rainy season poses the biggest threat to Eliana and family. Rain enters their house through the roof. There is also the nearby creek that has flash floods, trapping the family in their house until the water subsides. They have previously had water as high as four feet inside their home. Please help HMI build a safer and drier home for Eliana and family. Or perhaps, relocate them.
Unfortunately, there will always be natural disasters both near and far. When those events occur there will be victims in need of aid and relief. Please help HMI create a rapid response fund; allowing us to deploy whenever possible.
