BRIDGE BUILDERS COURSE
Join us in this 15 hour course while we have fun interacting with one another and learning the key principles of outreach and missions.
What if one day you were driving across a bridge and suddenly discovered the bridge was out; that continuing along the bridge meant certain death? What would you do? Without a doubt you would stop and turn around. But would just drive away and leave others to chance death? Or, would you get out of your car and warn others that the bridge is out? The bible tells us ...all have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory...and, the price to pay for sin is death. But it also tells us that God loved us So much that He gave his only Son to die in our stead. If you have accepted this gift of salvation then you have detoured off the bridge and escaped the danger of falling to your death. So again, what will you do? Will you relax, knowing you are saved from the punishment of sin? Or, will you stop and warn others of the danger ahead if they continue on this path. God’s word says:.. Wide is the gate that leads to destruction and there are many that go in...
BRIDGE BUILDERS COURSE
In the Bridge Builders course you will learn:
1. How to hear and trust God’s voice and timing
when sharing the Gospel
2. How to effectively share the gospel of Jesus
Christ, as modeled by Jesus Himself.
A. Recognizing opportunities to share.
B. Knowing which scriptures to use and when to
use them.
C. Praying for individuals.
3. How to apply these techniques during a
short outreach.
The final portion of the course will teach:
1. The do’s and don’ts of interacting in
foreign cultures.
2. How to minister effectively without speaking
the language of the culture.
3. Intro to proven and effective methods of
language learning.
4. Recognizing culture stress.
